I have built weighing myself into my morning routine, so if I skip a weigh-in, it fees like I'm forgetting something. I end up having a left-the-coffee-pot-on feeling all day.
Day 28 was celebrated with half of a large apple (I'll have the other half today) and half of a packet of coconut M&M's. I've been having the M&M's as my treat for the end of every week, because they are yummy, they are on for 39 cents at my local 7/11, they're coconut so they're special, and they are wheat-free.
I'm back down to the 167 lb-ish mark, and maybe my body needs to rest there a bit before the next weight drop. I could also be building a bit of muscle. I've been doing walking lunges and bicep curls when I have time at work, as well as my usual work tasks. Yesterday, I built a display of air conditioners by myself, each one had to be at least 50 lbs. 9 in total, and I had to climb a ladder to place the top 6. Man, did I ever feel capable.
